45 Minute Private Group Sound Healing

Service Description

Grab up to 5 friends for a private sound bath in the sanctuary room. Sound has been used for centuries to help people align their Qi (Chi) and release any blockages that have built up over time. What you can expect: - Cleansing Energy Aligning Scented Spray - Calming Background Music - Guided Introduction - 25-30 minutes of Tibetan Sound Bowls and the Ocean Drum You will leave feeling relaxed, aligned, and comforted. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to lay on a yoga matt for the duration of the visit. I will also place an eye mask over your eyes if you choose. Please bring: - Yoga Mats - Pillows &/or Blankets - Anything else to remain comfortable
