Sound Healing & Meditation

Join me at Tupelo Honey Spa for an evening of relaxation with guided meditation prompts followed by an intuitive sound healing using Tibetan Bowls and an Ocean Drum.

We will meet in the Sanctuary Room upstairs and each person will create a comfortable spot using any yoga mats, pillows, & blankets they may wish to bring.

I will begin with an introduction and guided meditation followed by an intermittent sound healing designed to allow our bodies a break between vibrations to fully feel the effects each tone has to offer.

Herbal tea, crystals, smoke cleansing, essential oils, and positive energy will all be available to use as you please.

Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else you may need to fully relax into the space.

I will have a limited supply of eye masks available, so please bring one along if you wish.
