Healing Meditation Group (EA)

Join me for an immersive guided event where we will combine multiple healing and cleansing modalities to create a soul clearing, heart centering experience. The intention is to create a safe space for like minded individuals to gather, share, heal, and grow on all levels.

This group is scheduled for an hour, but often goes longer due to the openness felt after the silent meditation is complete. I encourage group healing through talking out your experience and sharing anything that may come to light during our meditation. I will be facilitating the event, but highly encourage everyone to share if they feel called to do so.

Please wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a pillow or light blanket to make yourself more cozy. 

There will be floor chairs provided, but if you prefer, you can bring a yoga mat and pillow.
