60 Minute Restorative Reiki Session

Service Description

Reiki has been used for centuries to help people align their bodies to source energy and release any negativity that has built up over time. By connecting to the pure healing energy of the Universe, I will say a prayer and set an intention to help you and your soul shed any unnecessary baggage, connect to your power, and vibrate in alignment with your Highest Self. I will ask your spirit guides and loved ones to assist for your highest good and for God to help restore you to whole Holy and perfect health. I sometimes use crystals, grounding herbal scents, and other tools to help when I am called to do so. What you can expect: - Cleansing Spray - Calming Background Music - Tibetan Sound Bowl - Guided Introduction with Prayer - Universal Light & Love Flowing from the Cosmos for your Highest & Best Good You will leave feeling relaxed, happy, and light. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to lay on a massage table for the duration of the visit.
